Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

While it is our goal to ship your order within 7–10 business days following receipt of payment, we make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible. We ship via various carriers and will provide tracking information to the email address you provide. Once the carrier has accepted your package, we are not responsible for mail damage or shipping delays.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via various carriers. Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 7–14 business days
• All other countries: 14–21 business days

Tracking is provided for all international shipments. All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no additional charges or surprise fees at delivery. HCJ Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
