Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to the customization of most items as well as the safety of others, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom/personalized items. All sales are final.

Returns

To be eligible for a return on an item that hasn't been customized, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Any customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

International Orders

All sales are final on custom/personalized items, including international orders. For non-custom items, international buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout via Managed Markets — no additional charges will be applied at delivery. As duties are collected at the time of purchase, they are non-refundable in the event of a return. If a package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us, a restocking fee may apply and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal for non-custom items under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Our 30-day return policy exceeds this requirement. Custom and personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, as they are made to your specifications and cannot be resold. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank — there is often processing time before a refund posts. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at contact@hcjenterprisesllc.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email contact@hcjenterprisesllc.com and mail your item to: 80 Eagle Chase Dr, Youngsville, NC 27596, United States.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

Mail your return to: 80 Eagle Chase Dr, Youngsville, NC 27596, United States. You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
